Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from our store. Lumi is operated by JZS Industries Pty Ltd (ABN 68 690 986 442), an Australian business. Our store is powered by Shopify. By using our website you agree to the practices described below.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, and order details — when you place an order, create an account, or contact us. Payment card details are processed securely by our payment providers and are not stored by us. We also automatically collect limited technical information, such as your device type, browser, and how you use our site, through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use your information

We use your information to process and deliver your orders, provide customer support, manage your account, prevent fraud, improve our store, and — where you have opted in — send you marketing about our products. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email.

How we share your information

We share your information only as needed to run our store: with service providers who help us operate (including Shopify for hosting, our payment processors, and shipping carriers), and where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, and understand how our store is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work without them.

Data security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our services, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

Overseas storage

Because our store is hosted by Shopify and we use international service providers, your information may be stored or processed outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled in line with this policy.

Your rights

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of marketing. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time as required by the Australian Privacy Act 1988.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
