30-day money-back guarantee (standard products). For our everyday wellness products you have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging; once we receive and check your return we'll refund your original payment method within 10 business days.

14-day change of mind (large fitness machines). Our big-ticket machines — reformers, rowing machines, the Pilates chair, reformer bed, 3-in-1 tower and cold plunge — come with a 14-day change-of-mind window. Let us know within 14 days of delivery, with the item unused, as-new and in its original packaging. You arrange and pay the return postage, and we refund the full amount you paid for the item to your original payment method — no store credit and no restocking fee.

12-month warranty — faulty or broken items. Every machine is covered for 12 months from delivery. If your item arrives broken or develops a genuine fault, email us with clear photos and a short video clearly showing the problem. Once we confirm the fault we'll send a free replacement or issue a refund, at your choice. You won't need to post the faulty unit back — you're responsible for disposing of, recycling or keeping the old unit — and your replacement is sent out to you.

Using fitness equipment safely. Please read the instructions, assemble your machine correctly and use it only as intended, and check with a health professional first if you have an injury or medical condition. Injuries caused by misuse, incorrect assembly or the ordinary risks of exercise are not Lumi's responsibility. An injury caused by a genuine manufacturing fault in the product is our responsibility and is covered.

Your legal rights. Nothing on this page limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. For products that are faulty, unsafe or not as described you remain entitled to a repair, replacement or refund, and to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss. Our 14-day and 30-day policies and the 12-month warranty are offered in addition to those rights.
